Before you can set up an account or generate a pairing code, your ZoneMate device must be connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. The pairing code, which links your device to your account, is only generated by the app after the device has established a successful Wi-Fi connection. To connect your device, you’ll need the ZoneMate mobile app. In the app, you will be guided through a series of steps to find and select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter your password.
Press and hold the sensor’s button for 10 seconds—at ~5 seconds the LED turns green; keep holding until it shows blue and red, then release to factory-reset. To re-pair, on the ZoneMate Touch go to Settings → Sensors → Add/Pair sensor and follow the prompts; if needed, press the sensor’s button once to wake it. Keep the sensor near the controller during pairing, and if you see no lights, check or replace the battery
